As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will drive operational excellence by combining deep technical knowledge with a strong focus on automation and tooling.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Designing and implementing core components of a robust SRE framework across both new and legacy systems.
- Partnering with development and quantitative teams to ensure system changes align with defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity to identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks or instabilities.
- Reviewing and enhancing automation scripts to uphold high standards of code quality and efficiency.
- Diagnosing and resolving infrastructure and service-related issues with a focus on minimizing impact.
- Leading or participating in technical design reviews to evaluate tools, technologies, and automation strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We seek proactive, detail-oriented engineers who thrive in complex environments.
- Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux systems, cloud infrastructure (especially AWS), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and configuration management tools (Ansible).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and ECS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- A commitment to the highest ethical standards.
