Our client is a SGX listed group in the real estate sector. Its global HQ is in Singapore and the office is based in town. For this role, you will report to the Manager, Finance.

**Company (main focus)**
- Responsible for full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and analytical review of variances
- Prepare bank reconciliation and monthly schedules
- Prepare monthly rolling forecast and update cash flow
- Prepare monthly reporting pack to head office
- Maintain fixed assets listing and ensure all related transactions are properly documented and recorded
- Update quarterly Interested Party Transactions (IPT) register
- Prepare quarterly GST returns with analysis and XBRL filing
- Prepare MAS quarterly forms & statutory surveys
- Prepare annual budget and statutory financial statements
- Prepare and check corporate income tax
- Prepare and maintain records and documentation for compliance related matters
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory, regulatory and SGX/MAS requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agent and external service providers

**Group (secondary focus)**
- Assist in preparation of monthly consolidated accounts and quarterly rolling forecast with analysis
- Assist in preparation of monthly reporting to trustee and head office
- Assist in reviewing monthly accounts for properties and subsidiaries
- Assist in annual group budget process
- Assist in preparation of group statutory financial statements and annual report
- Any ad-hoc projects and assignments as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
- **4 to 5 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experiences in a similar accountant role**:

- **Exposure to doing full sets of accounts is required**:

- **Exposure doing consolidation at group level is beneficial but not a must**:

- **Experience to the REIT/real estate industry is required**:

- Hands-on
- Responsible, meticulous, motivated and has a positive attitude
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Willing to put in effort to meet reporting timelines
- Possess good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Yardi and Cognos will be an added advantage but not a msut

**Plus points**:

- The co will allow 1-day WFH arrangement if there is approval from HOD.
- The role is based in CBD/central.
- The co pays 13th AWS and var bonus
