**Role Description**:
We are looking for a full-time Retail Associate for our Mummys Market Retail Store in Singapore. You will help customers find the right products, maintain the sales floor, and ensure a great shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers
- Learn about our products to answer customer questions accurately
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Restock shelves and keep the sales floor organized
- Perform price checks and correct discrepancies
- Process payments using the POS system
- Perform opening and closing duties as scheduled
- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement

- Strong customer service skills
- Good team player with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- No prior experience required; training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,700.00 - $2,300.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
