Production Support
- Perform Level 1 and Level 2 support for Oracle Procurement Business users and makes sure that resolutions are provided within the agreed SLA and that ITIL processes are being followed.
- Discuss with Business end users to understand the issue raised and document in ServiceNow.
- Document root cause analysis information in Service Now.
- Monitor integrations and data loads to ensure they are working as designed.
- Support P2P Module involving (Procurement, AP, Payments).
- Review Quarterly release changes and inform business teams on the impact and make changes where necessary using the Change request process
- Follows and enforces IB internal IT processes such as the standard Incident Management process, the Change process, Problem Management, Service Requests.
- Participate in and/or lead the weekly IT-Business meetings.
- Participates in monthly supplier meetings.
- Enhancement Support
- Ensure that the new functionalities and implementations, including configuration changes, are setup and migrated to production following IT’s Software Development Life Cycle processes.
- Ensure impact analysis is done as per the impact analysis guidelines of IT standards.
- Ensure necessary approvals and funding is cleared with IT and business stakeholders.
- Responsible and Accountable for documenting the high and low-level design, development, testing of enhancements.
- Provides technical guidance and business functional consultation to suppliers on the overall design.
- Ensure the deliverables are meeting the agreed timelines with the business stakeholders.

**Knowledge and Experience Requirements**:

- Technical knowledge on API and other platform-based integrations is a plus
- Experience in preparing Business Requirement Analysis Documentation, Functional Design Documentation, BR100, User Training Documents and Customization Documents
- Technical understanding of interfaces and troubleshooting experience is required
- Good knowledge of ITIL Processes is a plus
- Proactive and methodical in managing tasks
- Demonstrate good capability in building business relationships with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s).
