Building on close to three decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest providers of active ageing, senior day care, nursing home, and home personal care services in Singapore. We also serve vulnerable seniors in selected areas in Singapore through Community Case Management Services (CCMS), CREST mental health support, and a sheltered senior group home. In addition, we run a family medicine clinic.

DESIGNATION : Manager, Content

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organisation objectives and target audience.
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all content touchpoints.
- Lead a team, mentor, and provide guidance on all communications-related matters
- Conduct keyword research and optimise content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing to continuously improve content effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published content.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good people management skills and the ability to motivate and mentor team members to ensure effective collaboration
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical abilities.
- Experience with content marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) is a plus.
- Experience with media relations is a plus.
