**What the role is**
- To oversee/manage enforcement and compliance related activities for JTC properties.

**What you will be working on**
- 1. Prepare/manage contracts for outsourced inspection services
2. Strategize and coordinate activities for outsourced inspectors for greater operational efficiency
3. Liaise with other government stakeholders including other enforcement agencies to coordinate enforcement actions
4. Prepare management report on enforcement /compliance activities
5. Manage appeals /feedback from Public/Stakeholders on JTC enforcement activities
6. Develop/Review enforcement processes from time to time to ensure efficiency of work processes

**What we are looking for**
- At least 3 years working experience in similar or related role (e.g. Facility Management, Real Estate, Security, Compliance and/or Enforcement)
- Knowledge on enforcement and/or investigative processes
- Basic knowledge on contract administration and budgeting principles and practices
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle queries/feedback from Public/Stakeholders
- Familiarity with data handling and visualization is a plus
