Area Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operations & Performance**
- Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and improve outlet performance in areas such as sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and food quality.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations and address any gaps or issues.
**2. Staff Management & Development**
- Lead, coach, and develop Outlet Managers and their teams to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations in collaboration with HR.
- Promote a positive and motivating work culture that encourages accountability and team cohesion.
**3. Financial & Sales Management**
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for each outlet.
- Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to increase revenue and control costs.
- Manage budgeting, stock control, and wastage reduction efforts across outlets.
**4. Customer Service & Brand Standards**
- Ensure all outlets deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand’s identity.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or service recovery matters promptly and professionally.
**5. Strategic Planning & Expansion**
- Support the opening of new outlets, including site setup, staff deployment, and operational readiness.
- Participate in strategic planning for promotions, marketing campaigns, and seasonal offerings.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a multi-outlet F&B operations or area management role.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Strong understanding of F&B operational processes, sales metrics, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel between outlets and work on weekends or public holidays when needed.
