Position**:Lab Associate**

**Skill**:
Computer skills, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel

Strong organizational skills

Prior experience with lab and technical related works

Chemistry, materials, polymers or chemical engineering education

**1.TSR & Lab Projects**
- Perform Technical Service Requests (TSR) assigned by Technical Manager
- Carry out lab works, document data and test results, update TSR database and follow-up until TSR is closed and completed
- Validate test results before entry into TSR database
- To work extended hours in case of urgent TSR from customers
- Follow-up and keep Technical Manager and other Lab Associates updated on urgent and non-routine cases
- Re-stock chemicals and consumables designated by Technical Manager
- Responsible for the housekeeping and maintenance of apparatus, instruments and equipment designated by Technical Manager.

**2.Training**
- Assist in organizing and conducting internal sales and technical staff product training
- Assist in organizing and conducting distributors and vendors product training / familiarization
- Assist in organizing and conducting customer visits / orientation / training

**3.Product Line Support**
- Product sample handling / preparation - preparing and sending samples to customers
- Assist in preparation of exhibitions / seminars - such as preparing samples for tradeshow

**4.HSE**
- Participate in the safety audit of the Lab

**5. **Performance Expectation & Criteria**
- Perform, follow-up & complete TSR promptly
- Accuracy of test results
- Ability to perform experiments, testing and lab work according to TSR instructions and test methods
- Initiative, creative and sense of responsibility
- Contribution to safety, housekeeping
