- ITIL qualified
- Understand the enterprise strategies for SDLC automation capabilities
- Experience integrating SDLC automation tools with Finacle.

- Good experience in handling issues & developing good working relations with cross functional stakeholders.
- Execution and result oriented. Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills to support and shape the platform, and clearly articulate technical designs and concepts.
- Hands on with Bladelogic, Autosys automation and scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of multiple operation systems, databases, development software platforms
- Knowledge of version control tools (Perforce, Ansible, Jenkins)
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Knowledge of XLR, Datical, CI/CD
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risks in the APAC region
- Experience working with and integrating SDLC tools, including
- JIRA - Defect & requirements management.
- Source code management - Bitbucket. Knowledge on creating repo & maintenance.
- Build Automation - Jenkins, Cloudbees.
- Artifactory management - Jfrog, Nexus.

- Proficiency in App Dynamics / Dynatrace monitoring/ Splunk monitoring. Good experience in engineering & automation.
- Strong knowledge of Release Management processes and tools (Remedy)
- Strong knowledge of OpenShift Containers, RabbitMQ, Kibana, Grafana.
- Seasoned Finacle resource who has built and implemented various modules of Finacle end to end.
- 10 plus years of experience in Finacle product development, customization, and maintenance.
- Solid understanding of Release Management functions within complex global financial institutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills partnering with different teams around the globe.
- Solid experience of driving process improvement.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential; must be pro-active, enthusiastic, flexible, and results driven.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with various stakeholders (e.g. business partners, project manager technical lead, developers and testing associates who may be based in various geographical locations and timeframes.)

- Develop utilities to provide self service capabilities using java or shell scripting.

- Govern the Permit-to-Operate process and its adoption - for new initiatives and changes to existing solutions
- Represent release management in architecture review board for new project to identify risks and dependency
- Provide hands on CAB (Change Advisory Board) review backup to facilitate the weekly release approval process in region
- Partner with US and EMEA Release Management team for global process alignment and improvement

- Lead planning and execution of remedy actions to close risk issues relating to release/configuration management
- Serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provide technical knowledge and capabilities as a team member and individual contributor.
- Work with global customers and support groups and ensure everything is fully communicated and understood with regards to any change initiatives.
- Have the ability to manage deliverables, to communicate risks, to work in an integrated team and to have a comfort level working with a geographically dispersed team.
- Provide overall coverage and control on changes being implemented into Payments/Treasury technology environment, priorities their urgency, criticality, group changes in order of relevance, assess inter-dependences between changes, determine and eliminate conflicts, assess risk and determine risk mitigating plans.
- Ensure adequate controls are in place for change management including implementation plan, back out plan, post change validation and start of business support etc.
- Have a strong understanding of the Payments/Treasury business/technology domain and can quickly understand, assess and pushback as well as support relevant changes and manage the change release into various environments all through to production.
- Ensure changes outside the scope of a release are fully accounted for within the release.
