Our coaching team is led by experienced and highly qualified Real Madrid Foundation Technical Director based in Singapore.

The Real Madrid Foundation Football School in Singapore is looking for enthusiastic Football Coaches right now. We are scouting for coaches who can
- Taking charge of training and competition needs for assigned team(s)
- Coach children and youth aged 6 to 16 under the supervision and guidance of the technical director, and instilling values promoted by Real Madrid to students of the football school.
- Develop training plans for teams and technical training, and cascading plans to other coaches.
- Assist Technical Director in coordinating and bringing teams to competitive and friendly matches, local and overseas, including Madrid Spain
- Communicate effectively with our players and their parents of diverse backgrounds
- Assist training-related operation, competition management, event management and logistics, including procurement of training facilities, equipment and jerseys, as may be required from time to time
- The aforementioned duties in relation to any other Real Madrid Foundation programmes as and when required

Your expertise:

- Highly passionate about football, and education of children and youth, including social engagement projects
- Disciplined, responsible and motivated individuals with good attitude.
- Capacity and interest to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and flexible with changing demands
- Coaches with NROC certifications, Standard First Aid(SFA)/CPR/AED certificate, Values and Principles in Sport (VPS) certificate or equivalent, Safe Sport certificate or equivalent and FAS certifications would be considered favourably
