**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **coordinated MEP drawings** (plans, sections, details) based on design inputs and site conditions.
- Develop **shop drawings** and **as-built drawings** for electrical, air-conditioning, fire sprinkler, and plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure drawing accuracy.
- Incorporate revisions based on **consultant/client feedback** and ensure timely updates.
- Maintain organized drawing files and drawing logs.
- Ensure compliance with **building codes, company standards, and project specifications**.
- Assist in material take-offs (MTOs) or bill of quantities (BOQ) when required.

**Education & Experience**:

- Diploma or Certificate in **Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent**.
- Minimum **2-5 years** experience in MEP drafting.
- Experience in **construction, engineering consultancy**, or **building services** projects preferred.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in **AutoCAD**:

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong understanding of **MEP services layout**, installation sequencing, and coordination principles.
- Familiarity with **local building codes**, standards (e.g. BCA/ Singapore codes, if relevant).

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,900.00 per month
