**The Opportunity**

You will be assisting the Agency business development team in the implementation of business development activities, to coordinate and keep records of business Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Service Level Agreement (SLA) & performance management framework.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Proficient in Microsoft office, especially in Excel & Powerpoint
- Meticulous and able to handle large amount of data and multi-tasking
- Great communication skills to work with inter-departments & Agency channel
- Prior experience in insurance sales or channel business development with basic understanding of insurance products
- Enjoy new challenges and learning new skills
- High adaptability to fast paced environment
- Digitally savvy or comfortable with social media will be a bonus

**On the job you will**:

- Support the Agency Business Development Team on implementation of business development framework and activities
- Tracking and consolidating result for business development and leads conversion activities
- Coordinate the clearance process of Agency branch’s presentation and digital materials to drive business development activities
- Keep track of expenses and managing annual budget report
- Bridge data gaps and tracking support on ad-hoc sales activities for the sales management purposes
- Active management and maintenance of Agency Management shared folder to ensure proper performance management records, compliance follow through actions and sales activities monitoring.
- Assist in implementing system changes, digital projects whenever required to move the team towards digital transformation goals.
- Create communication and presentation materials to support sales activities, drive mindset change and achieve Agency Transformation objectives.
- You will also be working closely with the Events, Product, Digital, Marketing & Compliance team to understand information to support the business development team in their sales activities, projects & ad-hoc initiatives
