**General Position Overview**

At ESET, our Marketing Specialist will be a pivotal member of the ESET APAC Marketing Team, responsible for facilitating its seamless operation by performing a diverse range of administrative functions, coordinating marketing development fund (MDF) and business investment fund (BI), managing Partner Portal, tracking budgets, processing invoices and documents, assisting the production of marketing collateral and uploading content on content management system (CMS). From time to time, this team member will also develop and localise visual marketing assets and perform ad-hoc marketing tasks.

**What you will do**:

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams (ESET and Partners) to **track** **MDF activities and marketing related business investments** across the APAC region.
- Review proof of performance and ensure timely submissions and processing of MDF claims and business investments according to internal procedures.
- **Manage ESET APAC’s Partner Portal** and proactively propose suggestions on how to improve the portal.
- The key go-to person in the team for **administrative support**, including processing invoices, creating purchase orders, and maintaining marketing resources.
- Track **marketing operating expenses and budget**, providing regular updates and insights to ensure marketing budget is effectively expensed.
- Responsible of **uploading marketing content**, such as articles, videos, and other content, on CMS used by ESET for marketing purposes.
- Assist in the **production of various marketing collateral**, printed and digital, such as brochures, posters, calendars, roll-up banners, etc.
- **Provide support** to the marketing team for **special projects and ad-hoc tasks** related to marketing initiatives.
- Adapt and localise marketing assets, such as visuals, whenever required.

**Requirements**:

- Two to three years’ experience in marketing executive and coordinator role(s)
- Knowledge in B2B channel and graphic design is a plus (Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator)
- Proactive, driven, and enthusiastic, plus the poise to work regularly with partners and other departments within ESET (Headquarters, regional offices, local offices).

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From $3,800.00 per month
