Singapore MEDIX MEDICAL SERVICES ASIA LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) Full time

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Management of Nurse Team, including development and supervision of the Nursing staff with a goal of ensuring that Medix clients receive optimal medical care within the Personal Medical Case Management Services
- Managing (an agreed upon with Global Management) a number of new and on-going Personal Medical Case Management Cases a month
- Managing team of 3-6 nurses, or more in the future
- Assigning new cases to a dedicated nurse for management on a daily basis
- Ensuring all SLAs are met including PMCM intakes, consultation sharing and updates, including their updates on the Salesforce system
- Supporting the Nurses to ensure cases are managed in a quality and timely manner
- Ensuring CRM and EMR system is properly updated by nurses and local doctors (PMCM)
- Discussing and agreeing on case extensions with medical team and relevant managers
- Staying up to date on cases and maintaining general control/overview of all Medix Personal Medical Case Management Cases
- Ensuring General Patient Satisfaction
- Supporting Nurses in Managing their Cases:

- Ensure the Nurses assist patients and their families in obtaining the best medical services and provide them with clinical support throughout management of their case.
- Ensure the Nurses coordinate all medical operations and activities relevant to the case, including the patient, his family, case manager, sharing the medical specialist consultants and others according to the needs of each specific case.
- Ensuring the Nurses provide the highest quality service and be professional at all times, in line with the company's service SLAs and work regulations.
- Problem Solving Related to Personal Medical Case Management Cases, liaising with Global Medical Director
- Managing HR related issues and yearly appraisal processes to Nurses
- Managing and coordinating holidays and sick leaves
- Interviewing and leading the recruitment process of new nurses
- Managing / coordinating the on-boarding and Nurse training plans and their implementation
- Monthly Reporting to Local & Global Management
