Headquartered in Singapore, we have regional offices in Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, and India, serving more than one million (and growing) users across Asia. **The role we are hiring for** We are seeking a **Vice President, Strategy **to lead key strategic projects and product launches at Doctor Anywhere. You are an entrepreneur at heart and you have a solid track record of building and launching successful products at a tech start-up for customers across the Southeast Asia region. You will lead key projects and launch products that will expand DA’s presence and operations. You will have experience building and managing external partnerships, and demonstrate strong leadership in leading cross-functional teams to remove obstacles and drive success for our business. You think deep in business terms and translate business models and objectives into well thought out strategy and compelling business plans for execution. You will lead a team to scale and launch new products, build best-in-class products with highly effective growth strategies and launch playbooks to rapidly and aggressively expand its addressable market. This role reports directly to the CEO/Founder. **Responsibilities** - Drive strategy and execution of strategic projects to ensure they scale and land successfully in the region. - Hold a key seat in strategic company decisions around how we should grow, and alongside the CEO/Founder and leadership team, you develop and inspire longer-term strategic roadmaps for new products. - Partner closely with M&A, Regional Growth and Commercial leadership to identify new business opportunities, acquisition and investment opportunities in new products across the region. - Oversee critical strategic projects and lead a team in scaling and launching products across the region. - Create launch playbooks for the region to expand within each market. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with minimum 15+ years experience in key leadership roles. - Must have experience in tech startup/scaleup anywhere with leadership experience in growing and scaling products - Experience in leading and building teams in start-up and hyper-growth environment - Unquestioned integrity and confidentiality - Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow - Tech savvy and comfortable with fast paced operations and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
