In your new role you will:

- **Review and release blocked orders**in order-processing systems and non-standard delivery approval platforms to ensure secure operations.
- **Accurately classify**shipments, technology transfers, and hiring positions (if applicable) and provide advisory support for daily operational export control matters.
- **Assist the Export Control Operations team**with preparing documentation for audits and maintaining accurate records of past shipments.
- **Collaborate**on digitalisation initiatives, maintain project overviews,**and acquire new skillsets to optimise workflows and compliance processes.
- **Participate in external training sessions**and contribute to internal awareness programs to ensure alignment with changing regulations and best practices.

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least **two years of experience**in a relevant role, ideally in an international or multicultural environment. Experience in **Data Analytics**for Export Controllers is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analytics and tools like Excel, with SAP knowledge as an added advantage.
- A passion for digitalization and process improvement, with a willingness to acquire new skills.A commitment to staying updated on export compliance regulations and trends.
