**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop Sitecore 10-based solutions that meet business requirements and exceed user expectations
- Plan and execute the upgrade process from a lower version of Sitecore to Sitecore 10 within Docker containers
- Develop custom Sitecore modules and extensions to meet specific project needs
- Integrate Sitecore with other systems and APIs, such as CRMs and ERPs
- Ensure the upkeep and optimal configuration of Azure services and Azure DevOps Pipelines at a proficient level for Dockerized and non-Dockerized Sitecore solutions
- Optimize Sitecore solutions and cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability and security
- Work with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Sitecore trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience developing Sitecore 10-based solutions using orchestration tools like Docker Compose or AKS
- Strong understanding of Sitecore architecture and containerization concepts
- Extensive experience with.NET,.NET Core, Web API, C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server
- Collaborated with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions
- Good understanding of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Knowledge of Sitecore customization, Helix principles, and module development
- Experience working in Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environment
- Strong willingness to learn and passion for technology
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Sitecore 10 certification is a plus
- Familiarity with other CMS platforms and other enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Headless CMS systems is a plus, but not required
- Experience on Content Hub One and XM Cloud is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
