DESIGNATION : Nutritionist - HQ Senoko

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To conduct nutritional analysis of food recipes.

2. Provides nutritional assessment, nutrition support and advice as required by business units and clients.

3. To work closely with business units and HPB for health & nutrition programmes/ campaign.

4. To provide training for staff and nutrition talk request by clients.

5. To conduct qualty control for IDDSI-compliant texture-modified meals.

6. To prepare reports, conduct trend analysis and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably with 1 - 2 years working experience.
- Experience in using FoodWorks software will be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of any Food Safety Management System will be advantageous.
- Possess a positive attitude and learning mindset.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Able to perform basic statistical collation.
