In this role, you will be lead of IT Assurance team to drive IT compliance for Prudential Singapore. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Head, IT Assurance, and work closely with various Business Units, IT teams & Tech Risk to drive Prudential IT compliance to all Regulatory requirement
- Manage, monitor and track IT risks, and ensure controls are implemented timely to mitigate the risks
- Proactively identify and escalate any risks to the IT Management
- Responsible for DRR For IT Department. Quarterly review with IT Platforms and IT Ops
- Prepares IT Risk updates and work with TRM on communication into Risk Comm, CLT Governance
- Drive and follow up with stakeholders on closing any gaps identified from the security metrics to ensure that Prudential Singapore is able to comply with both Regulatory and organisation-wide policies (IT Security, IT Infrastructure, IT Applications and IT Project Management).
- Review and approve schedule/ adhoc change request from IT
- Review and approve privileged ID withdrawal request
- Review metrics of Incident, Change, Problem and Service Request to make sure that SLA are met and drive improvements with Platform owners
- Manage internal, external and regulatory audit related to IT specific requests to ensure timely submission.
- Coordinate and work with Platform and IT Ops to close any identified gaps in regulatory, group policies changes and gap assessment.
- Manage communication and oversight of Group Security changes and projects impacting IT
- Monitor Dispensations, Pentest and VA closure status and work with Platform and IT Ops for timely closure.
- Work with TRM identify areas for CSA and complete per target timeline.
- Review and suggest improvement to streamline half yearly user access reviews
- Manage the platform & IT Ops performance indicator
