**Job sheet | Human Resources Generalist & Admin**:
**_The Human Resources Generalist & Admin is in charge of all Human Resources matters at La Petite Ecole (SME, Education sector), under the guidance of the School Principal and the General Manager, Asia Pacific. _**
**_In addition, he/she provides support in various areas of the school's daily operations: communication, purchases, canteen and school bus organisation, liaison with parents, assistance in class, etc. _**
**_This role requires to be highly flexible and willing to learn and support where is most needed.

**Human Resources**:
Recruitment:
HR daily operations:
- Update information relating to LPE employees on the MOM site (eg change of address, renewal of passport);
- Make yourself available to team members, listen, support and accompany them;
- Participate in individual HR points during the school year, in collaboration with the educational director;
- Establishment of health insurance for PEs and assistants (after 2 years of seniority), liaison, monitoring and renewal;
- Liaising with the team to organise staff’s substitutions, planned or at short notice;
- Keep informed of good practices and local legislation in Human Resources;
- Proactively research and suggest improvement (handling confidential data, HR system, practices, benefit plans, etc.);
- Assist in maintaining an inclusive and fair culture.
**Admin & Assistance**:
- Carrying out any general admin duties, such as answering the phone or welcoming visitors;
- Communicating information to the school’s families using our communication channels;
- Handling the communication between the school and the outside/our suppliers;
- Co-organising events such as the end-of-the-year fair, or theme-based mornings, 2 to 3 times a year (coordination, communication, purchases );
- Organising school outings and liaising with our partners for Extracurricular Activities;
- Following-up with teachers and parents regarding children’ absence from school;
- Welcoming the children at the bus in the morning and helping them get on the bus after school;
- Helping out in class whenever necessary;
- Participating in some of the team meetings and the school councils, as instructed by the management;
- Liaising with the administration team at Bukit Timah for purchases, expenses, invoices, and any other admin-related matter;
- Liaising with the Communication & Marketing Manager for publications on social media (suggest content, liaise with teachers, assist in taking pictures/video clips as needed);
- Reporting to the Director and the Management.

- Is a fresh graduate in Human Resources studies (ideally 1-2 years experience) willing to gain 360 degree experience in handling HR matter;
- Has excellent communication skills (oral as well as written), ideally in both French and English.
**Working Schedule**:
- Full time:
- From Monday to Thursday: from 8am to 5pm;
- On Friday: from 8am to 4pm.
