- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary up to $5,200 + AWS + Transport Allowance**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for purchasing & sourcing function to achieve best value for company, ensuring quality and on-time delivery from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Guide buyers and resolve issues with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors when needed.
- Monitor overall purchase requisitions and ensure all purchase orders are created timely.
- Negotiate and liaise with vendors on cost, order requirements, logistics and delivery.
- Monitor and expedite delivery with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Extensive usage of ERP systems for tracking job status and maintain records in the ERP system.
- Document processes, develop and implement best practices for area of responsibility.
- Analyse vendor on-time delivery and quality trends, propose improvements.
- Attend production meetings to ensure timely updates to production planning team.
- Responsible for coaching, training and developing staff for career growth.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in procurement / planning functions.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with ERP systems, exposure to job shop environment is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, coating, threading and raw materials common to O&G industry is preferred
