Inspection data of optical inspection generated in equipment is manually processed by engineers to understand the failure, hence this new project is to enable the raw data based on engineering requirement to help them identify the problem easily and timely. If it is feasible, the project can scale to become an Artificial Intelligence use case.

**In your new role you will:
- Work on automation project to enable or improve the required data and to support on yield improvement initiative
- Develop script and database as well as build efficient data pipeline in manufacturing environment
- Work with various technical experts in understanding the business requirement
- Expose to different software systems and scripting languages to complete the project
- Be coached to understand various processes in backend testing manufacturing

**Learning Outcome
- Obtain an in-depth understanding on the semiconductor and manufacturing industry, Product Engineering, Back-end testing and processes, and digitalization
- Gain experience in how to use data in improving yield through various engineering analysis techniques
- Gain hands-on experience related to programming, data preparation, data engineering, internal systems and data architecture
- Gain real-life project management experience and working with various technical stakeholders
- Enhance presentation and interpersonal skills, demonstrate appropriate critical thinking skills and hone decision-making skills

**You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree student in the field of electronic or mechanical engineering, or computer science related
- Proficient in data engineering, data visualization, scripting in Python and SQL languages.
- Data science or advance data analytic skills will be an advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication and decision-making skills
