- Proven working experience in IT project management in a banking environment and in treasury products related.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

Manage all aspects of project and change request engagement from planning, external vendor relationships,

communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues

Continually manage project and change request expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders

Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and change request team, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas

Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business

Full project life cycle ownership to ensure successful project delivery

Manage all aspects of the projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the

achievement of strategic objectives

Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project

Ensure assignment of adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes

Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings

Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs

Manage project scope and change

**Project Plan**:Experience preparing Project Plan for different projects and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.

**Project Status meeting**:Experience initiating, steering regular Project Progress Meetings.

**Tracking of Releases**: Experience tracking all Change Requests, Incidents and Problem Tickets on a Monthly and Quarterly basis.

**Understand the technicalities **Understand what is the architecture, how is the data going to flow to the downstream. These will be done by Lead BA and Developers. But this person needs to understand what is happening. Only with technical knowledge this person can study is required on changes and tickets that are being generated on a periodic basis by tracking it with BA, Architect.

**Track Documentation**:Artifacts to be submitted by the delivery team. eg., UAT Test Report, Traceability matrix, SIT Test report. The person shall have prior experience coordinating with different teams, respective PM’s and user stakeholders to ensure artifacts are in order, project timelines are met and reporting is done on project progress on a timely basis.

**Vendor Management**:Prior experience managing engagements of multiple vendors
