**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist the organisation in the development and management of Human Resource functions/policies.
- Manage full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development and welfare activities.
- Provide advice and support to colleagues on HR-related matters
- Spearhead initiatives in talent development and performance management.
- Involved in administration of appraisals, salary review and bonus payments on an annual basis.
- Involved in talent management and succession planning of the organisation.
- Review current challenges and initiate new manpower initiatives with the intent to cultivate win-win partnerships in the areas of manpower resourcing.
- Attend bi-weekly, senior staff meetings and take minutes.
- Attend bi-monthly Board meetings.
- Support the senior management team on all HR-related matters.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Business / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 7 years’ relevant experience in full spectrum of HR functions within a mid-sized organisation of at least 200 headcount, preferably within the social service sector
- Good working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, work pass regulations and employment standards and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership & creativity to analyse issues and develop solutions.
- Good planning and organisational skills and a sense of urgency in completing tasks and meeting deadlines.

**Other Information**
- Location: Walking distance from Bukit Batok MRT
- Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 5.30pm
- Hybrid Working Arrangements

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
