We recognize your performance in both tangible and intangible ways, by providing you development opportunities and making you feel respected. **The Opportunity** This is a newly created role that will require a self-starter with builder mentality, business acumen and strong interpersonal skills to understand needs across business segments and drive cross-department collaboration to deliver value through sourcing and procurement for the organization. - Ownership of and oversight over all procurement related policies and procedures - Provide training, advice and consultation for interpretation of policies and procedures to end users - Embed good governance practices in all procurement related policies or procedures - Execute vendor onboarding, vendor due diligence exercises and conflict of interest monitoring - Implement procedures for vendor performance reviews and ensure that follow up actions are executed - Partner with the business units to identify opportunities and participate in strategic sourcing initiatives - Conduct centralized sourcing for in-scope purchases - Lead negotiations and account management efforts with vendors for in scope purchase items - Maintenance of catalogue items, punchout items and vendor contracts for centrally sourced items - Subject matter expert on Coupa platform functionalities and processes - Deep dive into Coupa data analytics capability, provide analytics to drive procurement efficiencies - Explore and implement Coupa sourcing capabilities - Job Requirements - **Requirements**: - A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or in a related field is preferred. - At least 8 years of professional experience and some years in a strategic procurement role - Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to work independently - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze, identify issues and propose solutions - Demonstrated achievements in driving process changes or system implementation **About the Company** A member of the Jardine Cycle & Carriage Group, C&C is one of the leading automotive groups in Singapore.
