**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with business managers and marketing team to achieve target monthly sales revenue
- Plan and negotiate product launches with in-store retailers to ensure maximum visual effect and sales performance
- Plan, communicate and execute all in-store events
- Coach beauty advisors to increase sales by developing their selling skills, customer service skills and product demonstration
- Monitor cleanliness of the counter stock and display units and hold beauty advisors accountable for counter quality requirements
- Communicate stock needs/concerns and track incoming shipments to ensure timely arrival in store.
- Work with Production team to forecast stock levels for new products.
- Lead or participate in the discussions with new retailers
- Filing of invoices and be up to date with all billings for various accounts
- Generate monthly management reports on sales, budget, and demand forecasts
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive in the FMCG / Beauty industry
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM software and Google Workspace (Google Sheets in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
