**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our projects, services and company image.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide creative marketing ideas and organize weekly campaigns with Director.
- Create, develop and manage content/marketing materials and strategies in different media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu, Company Website & etc) to maximize brand exposure.
- Creating lifestyle fun videos and social media posts.
- Monitor the progress of different campaigns optimizing results with consumers' insight.
- Respond to online enquiries and handle feedback/complaints from different channels
- Review, assess and monitor the efficiency of online platform marketing strategies and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Develop good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration in promotional activities.
- Manage, track, and report digital marketing activities and ROIs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Marketing or Mass Communication or equivalent.
- Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience in social media & Marketing
- Proficient in video editing, graphics, and Photoshop software.
- Knowledge of branding, marketing, and creativity process
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Ability to multitask to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team and focused on delivering results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude, friendly, highly proactive, open-minded and willing to learn is an advantage
