**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Shooting Skills**:

- Proficient in using various shooting equipment such as DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and stabilizers.
- Familiarity with camera techniques, strong composition skills, and control of lighting.
- Ability to efficiently complete shooting tasks according to the style and requirements of the short video content.

2. **Editing Skills**:

- Mastery of editing software like **Adobe Premiere**, **Final Cut Pro**, and **DaVinci Resolve**.
- Basic audio editing, including adjusting background music and dialogue volumes.
- Familiarity with video formats, compression techniques, and output processes for different platforms.

3. **Special Effects and Post-Production**:

- Basic special effects knowledge and experience with **After Effects**or other visual effects software.
- Color grading skills to adjust the tone, contrast, and unify the video’s visual style.

4. **Editing Mindset**:

- Ability to tell a coherent and engaging story through editing, following the script or content requirements.

5. **Creativity and Content Planning**:

- **Creative Planning**: Ability to independently plan creative short videos, understanding current trends in short-form content.
- **Platform Familiarity**: Knowledge of platform algorithms and rules (TikTok, Kuaishou, Bilibili, Xiaohongshu) to create content that aligns with the platform’s tone and audience.
- **Content Sensitivity**: A keen sense of trending topics and the ability to quickly produce content relevant to current hot topics.

6. **Soft Skills**:

- **Communication Skills**: Ability to work closely with directors, planners, and designers, and understand creative needs to reflect them in the final product.
- **Stress Management**: Good time management and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines common in short video production.
- **Learning Ability**: Continually learning new shooting techniques, editing methods, and staying updated on platform algorithm changes.
- **Responsibility and Initiative**: High sense of responsibility for the quality of work, able to solve problems independently and ensure the final product meets expectations.

**Requirements**:
