**Role Summary**

As a key driver of business success, you will play a vital role in strengthening and enabling business success through developing and improving processes run on our tool sets at customer sites. You will be responsible to understand our customers’ needs, and provide tool support with alignment with BUs to ensure we deliver service and value to meet even exceed customers’ expectation. Role will report to the Senior NPI Manager supporting the Asia region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate, understand and identify current customer needs, while anticipating future needs and building long-term sustainable relationships and solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and ensure relevance of technical information used by internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand and build long-term innovative global technology systems that enable enhanced customer relationships.
- Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience through team, process and support tool development.
- Drive and manage new product installs and subsequent process development.
- Projects manage new evaluations and ensure success of the project.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Physics or any engineering field
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in semiconductor environment
- Experience in ALD (atomic layer deposition) or PECVD (plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition tool)
- Experience within high complexity low volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven success in building collaborative partnerships with customers and internal organizations
- Experience in managing strategic programs with high level of visibility
