You will be part of a cluster-level research administrative team within the Grant Administration function. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth pre
- and post-award administration of a diverse portfolio of internal and national grants, including tracking and reporting of progress reports, as well as monitoring of expenditure and budget utilisation.

You will also be involved in initiatives targeted at improving the organisation's success rate in attaining national grants. You will work closely with various departments and diverse users in an end-to-end review process. You will be responsible for providing a full suite of administrative support services from providing grant templates and timelines, liaison with reviewers and Principal Investigators, facilitation of meetings as the primary secretariat as well as processing of honorariums.
