Assistant Quality Engineer/ Quality Engineer

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and maintain Quality Management Systems procedures.
- Compliance with Customers’ specifications and procedures
- Prepare process inspection plan.
- Plan and implement gauges and equipment calibration systems.
- Conduct QMS audit including at supplier sites.
- Conduct training on QMS and GD&T
- Supervise First Article, Incoming, In-Process and Final inspections and documentations.
- Conduct relentless root cause analysis (RRCA) into production problems.
- Lead in quality improvement projects
- Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) on production processes.
- Participate in cost reduction and environment, health & safety (EHS) initiatives.
- Co-ordinate good housing keeping (5S) activities
**Requirements**:
- Technical education in Production / Mechanical Engineering, preferably Diplomas level.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in precision manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Well versed in AS9100 QMS systems.
- Experience in conducting QMS audits.
- Knowledge in Statistical Process Control
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good initiative, a team player and motivated individual.
- Customer focus and pro-active in working with business partners.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
