**Responsibilities**:
- Driving meaningful collaborations, managing internal resources, coordination of initiatives to achieve desired goals, success measurement and management reporting.
- Fostering relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including corporate, philanthropic and community partners, as well as government agencies.
- Develop and implement a strategy for partner management, appreciation, retention and growth.
- Strategise, implement and drive outreach and public education plans and objectives.
- Develop and implement a strategy for volunteer recruitment, engagement, training, retention and growth.
- Manage programmes, events administration, including grants and funds
**Requirements**:
- Degree in any discipline
- Able to multi-task and work well with a diverse care service team, corporates, volunteers and donors.
- Good interpersonal skills, with maturity to comprehend the needs and concerns of various stakeholders, including families of clients.
- Organised, takes initiative and maintains a high quality of work.
- Critical thinker with a clear line of thought and sound decision-making.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
