**Job Summary**: The Regional Director would be a leadership role based in Singapore to manage our entire sales / business operations across SEA. **Duties & Responsibilities**: - Responsible for annual objectives in assigned region, including managing the region Profit & Loss (Revenue and Cost objectives). - Plan and execute implementation of strategies and coordination of resources necessary to optimize strategies across the region. - Responsible for recruiting new employees in assigned territories. - Manage the team’s ongoing development, successful goal completion, retention and succession planning. - Provide marketing input to upper management including market trends and competitive activity and identify regional strategies to adapt to the trends and increase business penetration. - Interface with senior level managers to maintain mutual understanding of product design needs, regulatory, and production requirements. - Collaborate across all Masimo departments to ensure a mutually successful implementation of the best business practices and processes for the company and the region. - Successfully deliver and maintain the assigned budgets (revenue and expense) across the region, including providing relevant and routine updates to ongoing forecasts. - Create and maintain list of forecasted business for provision to President. - Engage in top thought leader and luminary hospital/region/service providers to establish and ongoing senior leadership agenda with top hospitals and clients - Position the complete Masimo pyramid of products (SET, rainbow SET, Root, Automated Care) across the region. Participate in programs to build and maintain end-user awareness (e.g., grand rounds, regional symposium, competitive analysis, education courses, etc.), - Engage in product demonstration and clinical evaluation. - Maintain thorough product knowledge including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products and in-service end-users. - Lead the Key Account Strategy (Department conversions and Whole House Conversion) program, including development of account strategies, implementation of strategies, and coordination of resources necessary to optimize strategies. **Desired Experience and Characteristics**: - Minimum five years’ experience in a management role within Masimo or in a comparable role at another organization, with responsibility for direct reports, budgets and sales quota achievement. - Minimum ten years of working experience in a key account management role at Masimo or in a comparable role at another organization. Must be a mature thinking and acting professional with good common sense and judgment, and a broad business perspective. - Very high bandwidth individual dedicated to Masimo and chosen career. Highly intelligent, perceptive individual who possesses excellent conceptual, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills. - Must be results oriented with a positive "can do" attitude and a sense of urgency to get things done. - Experience working in both large structured and small entrepreneurial organizations. Must be sensitive to the constraints of a "start-up" operation and capable of working effectively in such an environment and possess the flexibility in reacting to new situations and adaptability for working in a new environment. - Experience working with OEM and distributors. - Experience calling on administration and corporate presidents. - Comfortable in high visibility situations and exhibits strong self-confidence. - Must be a self-starter; a "hands-on" individual who enjoys challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with mínimal support and direction. Must be accustomed to a heavy travel schedule. - Must be PC literate, have excellent organizational, communication, writing, and project management skills. - Experience in leading teams with demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, geographies, languages and functions. - Highly flexible agenda planning abilities, with the ability to travel (be away from home) for extended periods - Strategic thinking, and ability to plan for the mid and long term. **Required Education**: - Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical engineering, nursing or business administration is required. - Post graduated in business administration would be an asset.
