**We are recruiting for Manager Cargo Business Support (Asia) for Singapore.**
**Accountabilities**
- Accountable for Asia’s commercial market tactics (capacity control, pricing, revenue management)
- Partner with other leaders (regional & HUB) to achieve the growth of Cargo sales and operations in line with overall growth, while achieving and maintaining the highest possible service levels of all customers.
- Lead optimum efficiencies, defining and developing sales and financial planned long term plans to achieve the overall operational growth for the Asian Region.
- Evaluate business requirements and manage process improvements to internal Cargo processes in the commercial domain to maintain status as a cargo provider of choice. Initiating changes to improve the business systems to ensure the cargo business can compete effectively in the region and globally.
- Lead the execution of complex commercial projects, develop projects plans and timelines, and make resourcing decisions for the projects.
- Accountable for scenario projections and the development of robust opportunity reviews with clear analysis of the commercial impact of new initiatives within the region; and for making sustainable recommendations to the Executive Management, based on the findings that improve business efficiency.
- Oversees the development of business cases (including but not limited to sales, financial and procurement) developing business requirements, and supporting product development and deployment. Ensure the implementation, monitoring and management of continuous improvement initiatives and programs to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Introduce, guide, and supervise research on financial and sales proposals
- covering all aspects such as market opportunity, future outlook, feedback, and vendors/ provider within Asia.
- Manage the creation of relevant financial models showing venture full costs, options, ROI.
- Maintain oversight and overhead and manpower budget for the region based on the current and future business requirements and targets.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience
- Preferably experience in Air Cargo Management with another cargo airline or top global air freight forwarder.
- Thorough knowledge of the region and air cargo value chain flows, commercial and operational processes and current air cargo industry trends and developments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to motivate and engage a globally dispersed team across countries and cultures
- Result oriented mind-set, problem solving ability and able to work under pressure for time and results.
