The QA Engineer is responsible to maintain effective quality assurance processes and controls to ensure that the performance and quality of products conforms to company’s standards and guidelines, as well as international (ISO) and government regulation standards and agency guidelines. The QA Engineer will have the opportunity to support cross functions and other business units.

The QA engineer key responsibilities are to ensure Quality Assurance processes and controls are maintained.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensures that all related documentations for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety processes, and controls are maintained and up to date.
- Conducts incoming inspection for the incoming goods and follow IQC process for SAP recording/updating.
- Handles customer complaints, DPI cases and sends reports to customer if necessary.
- Prepares and submits monthly BOR (Back Office Review) Report and CoPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) Report.
- Maintains and updates company procedures, forms, manuals, and any other documents related to QEHS inside the intranet portal.
- Updates legal register document according to EHS updates.
- Leads and conducts internal audit for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards, and closes any findings/observation/NC (Non-Conformance) during the audits.
- Handles external audit preparations and assists the external auditors for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards to ensure the external audit runs smoothly.
- Handles bizSAFE Star and other certificates such as SGBC (Singapore Green Building Product), SCA (Singtel contractor accredited) certificate, and any other documents required for audits processes and ensure that all certificates are valid and updated.
- Conducts supplier audits and prepares audit reports.
- Conducts internal testing and factory acceptance test (FAT) with customer when required.
- Supports Field Service Department when required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experiences in electrical/electronic industry and on ISO processes
- ISO9001, 14001 and 45001 internal auditing experience will be an advantage
- IEC/IPC qualified or equivalent
- Experience in ISO process and quality control will be an advantage
- Able to review process flow and write work instruction procedures
- Proficient in relevant IT programs
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- Customer service experience
- Good organization skills
- Great inter-personal skills
- Self-motivated and self-proactive
- Energetic, enthusiastic, hardworking and able to work unsupervised
- Loyal, trustworthy, and respectful of confidentiality
