- You can work independently with minimum guidance
- Have good English communication skills to work with various seniorities of stakeholders and colleagues.
- Experience in using JIRA for at least 2 years and open to learn visual apps like Kibana, Elastic
- Excellent analytical skills (critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills)
- A passion for learning and the willingness to solve problems.
- Strong negotiation skill and results orientated.
- Good in time management and able to multi-tasking.
- Good team player and able to drive consensus amongst stakeholders with conflicting viewpoints and objectives
- Capability to think conceptually and identify patterns across seemingly unrelated situations
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- A Big Plus
- Technically strong in different integration mechanisms with open systems, AS400 and Mainframe
- Comfortable in working in an environment which is vendor intensive
- Ability to communicate complex topics in an understandable way using a level of detail and terms appropriate to the situation
- Formal architecture certification (TOGAF or equivalent)
