Conduct process technology assessment, process design and development, lead and conduct trials from laboratory scale to production scale for raw materials, formulations, processes in Asia Pacific used at third party subcontractor and Reckitt plants.
- Perform studies, development and qualifications ensuring the final product meets target physical properties, meets its functionality, cost, manufacturability, and the total product meet desired consumer acceptance metrics, regulatory requirements, environmental issues and sustainability, storage, transport and distribution conditions.
- Provide technical guidance in qualification of suppliers for R&D initiatives including design of experiments and supplier manufacturing process qualifications.
- Provide technical and scientific support to manufacturing operation to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Conduct commissioning, qualification, validation of new pilot plant equipment and instruments and defined scope in capital projects to support new innovation and supply chain initiatives. Prepares preventive and repair and maintenance program for the related new pilot plant equipment and instruments.
- Prepare or provide input to Engineering design and drafting technical details of proposed engineering projects.
- Liase with R&D technicians/consultants involved in the production of R&D products, evaluation of raw materials and prototypes, engineering activities related to the scale up of R&D product formulations and packages, global systems implementation, materials inventory and control.

At least 5 years experience in food/pharmaceutical/beverage manufacturing industry in R&D, QA or production
