Join us at the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) as a Strategy officer, and contribute towards driving and managing the organisation's business strategies for the Social Service Sector.

Your mission? To manage business strategies, and coordinate high-level meetings and Secretariat matters, in contributing towards sector and organisational outcomes.

[What you will be working on]

Support the development and management of organisational strategies.
- Collect, compile, and analyse information, including of key performance indicators, to support the formulation and monitoring of sector strategies and organisational outcomes
- Develop and manage corporate planning activities and performance reporting processes.
- Prepare and submit reports and feedback to the Ministry and other funding agencies and partners.

Support the Board and Management in execution of roles.
- Perform Secretariat duties, including coordination of Board meetings, management retreats, and nomination of awards etc.

Engage and collaborate with stakeholders in implementation of strategies and plans
- Engage multiple stakeholders (Board, Management, Ministry, internal teams etc) and align differing views and priorities towards implementation of agreed sector and organisational plans

Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by the management.

Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong project and time management skills
- Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills
- Possess strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills to engage, negotiate and mobilise internal and external stakeholders of different seniority

**Experience**:
At least 2 years of experience in strategic or corporate management
