**Representative Service Manager Asia**

**What you will be doing?**
- To promote and represent Sonova's products, market standing, brand elevation and distribution activities across assigned countries for the different brands of hearing instruments.- Together with the rest of the team, we are also responsible for Sonova’s distributor- channel management in the following countries: Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Mongolia, Fiji, Pakistan, Myanmar, Cambodia and Papua New Guinea**Key Task and Responsibilities**
- Planning and performing visits to customers to present new products or solutions and to collect feedbacks- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace- information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.- Keeping Sonova AG informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.- Recommending changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management- Providing direction, training and supervision to distributors.- Partnering distributors in product launches in conjunction with corporate strategy.- Managing in-country staff located in Thaliand, Indonesia and Philippines.- Supporting Sonova AG in Setting up of new business partners/distributors in the respective countries.- Evaluating distributors’ effectiveness and compliance to agreement sand recommends changes if necessary to Sonova AG.**Required skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required, MBA preferred.- Knowledge of Hearing Instrument Technology industry or related field ( Healthcare, optical or medical equipment will be advantageous.- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), including being comfortable presenting to small and large audiences.- Highly motivated and Independent- Someone who enjoys variety and has the flexibility to travel on a regular basis.
