As a Production Lead - Oilfield Industrial Chemical, you’re to manage day to day activities of the process plants, to ensure smooth and safe operation of a major hazardous installation (MHI). Leading the daily work of employees to ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality programs. Meeting the production objectives as specified by the production scheduler via the production plan

As a Production Lead - Oilfield Industrial Chemical, you will be responsible for:

- Managing activities within a production area to meet production, cost, quality, and safety goals.
- Planning, coordinating, and directing all production operations to ensure maximum throughput and quality.
- Supervising and managing of staff within the Production operation includes monitoring and managing department budget.
- Implementing actions plan to improve product and process quality, decrease downtime, and increase efficiency.
- Reviewing of working practices within the Production departments including initiating and implementing improvement on processes, efficiency, and productivity.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have 3+ years’ experience in chemical processing within a multi-purpose batch plant
- Experience of working with systematic management systems, such as ISO 9001, 14001, Process safety management, permit to work (PTW) amongst other
- Have conducted and lead Activity Based Risk Assessment
- Have experience working at MHI site and basic understanding in MHI legislation
- Have experience in planning and scheduling departments workload to meet customer order dates
- Have problem solving skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
- Have good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office packages
