Behavior Therapist

Therapy Kidz specialises in providing quality and effective intervention programmes to children who requires additional support in their development. We believe in working closely with the children, their family members and people in their environment. **Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement individualised programmes for children with special needs
- Provide 1-to-1 or group behavior therapy/ school shadowing to children (between 18 months to 13 years old) at our centre (Yishun), home or the client's school
- Be in charge of the lesson plans and delivery of Early Intervention / Group Intervention Programmes or social skills groups
- Provide timely reports and updates to parents regarding the child's progress
- Provide and upkeep reports and records of sessions as required
- Provide assistance, training and advise to parents and teachers of the clients
- Manage client cases and provide clear updates to Case Managers
- Attend case meetings
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma holders majoring in special education
- Minimum 1 year’s experience working with children with special needs as a therapist
- Prior experience in special education is a must
- Energetic and independent worker
- Willingness to learn and improve professionally
- Must have a great passion and patience to work with children with special needs
- Singaporean only

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Behavior Therapy: 2 years (preferred)
- Special Needs Educator: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Singapore 768160
