Job Responsibilities:
- Manage team in delivering daily finance operations.
- Improve, streamline and automate processes.
- Liaise with clients and service performance/improvement.
- Manpower and Resource deployment planning.
- Staff development and training.
- Liaise with internal/external auditors
- Month-end/quarterly/year-end closing.
- Statutory reporting (GST quarterly submission etc.)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Accounting degree and/or Certified Accountant qualification.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Ability to lead a team of 10 staff
- Work experience in shared service / public sector experience will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in excel, preferably WorkDay and Oracle accounting system knowledge.
- Good understanding of SB FRS.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Must uphold strong code of work ethics, in particular confidentiality of information.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive working attitude with a high level of initiative.
- Detailed in administrative work.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
