**Location**:Faircare Family Clinic (Clementi) S120345

**Working hour**:37-42 hours per week (at least 2 night sessions + 1 weekend session)

**Our opening hours**:
Weekday: Daytime: 8:30am - 1:00pm; 2:00pm - 4:30pm. Night: 6:30pm - 9:30pm.

Weekends: 8:30am - 1:00pm (Sat & Sun)

Public Holiday: double pay if open

**Responsibilities**:

- General: ensure the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic
- Administrative: answering phone calls, simple patient data filing
- Cashiering: payment collection, filing for relevant claims, etc
- Patient care: triage, registration, book appointments and dispense medications, etc.
- Clinical: chaperoning doctors, taking basic measurement (height, weight, temperature, eyesight, etc), assisting the doctor in bedside procedures if required, etc
- Inventory: monitoring stock levels, ordering medicines etc
- Housekeeping: ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in both English and mandarin.** Additional points if able to speak dialect or/and malay
- Good command of computer skills
- Pleasant and honest personality, good working attitude and a good team player
- Promote and maintain good patient relationship
- Deliver good quality service
- Able to multitask

**Salary range**:
Basic $1800 - $2200 depending on working experience +**CPF**+ AWS + Good medical benefits (Periodic pay increment and retention bonus are expected if good performance);
over time pay

Double pay on public holiday
