Food Technologist

(3) To assist in-house customer trials, product innovation sessions, and technical workshops for sales team, distributors and customers as when required.
(5) To maintain pilot plant and laboratory equipment in good working conditions and ensure preventive maintenance program is carried out according to schedule and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
(8) Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
**Requirements**:
(1) Degree holder in food science, food technology or related with minimum 3 years or more working experience in related industry (Margarine, Oil & Fats).
(2) Skilled in lab-work and knowledge of handling laboratory equipment.
(3) Proactive, willing to learn and meticulous to details.
(4) Be creative and able to conceptualize.
(5) Working knowledge of computer and/or good analytical skills.
