**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all lifting operations at the worksite.
- Ensure all lifting equipment and gear are certified and in good working condition.
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and signalmen to ensure safe and efficient lifting.
- Conduct risk assessments and toolbox meetings prior to lifting activities.
- Monitor weather and site conditions to assess the safety of planned lifts.
- Ensure all lifting activities comply with workplace safety regulations and MOM guidelines.
- Review and implement lifting plans and method statements.
- Stop unsafe lifting operations and report incidents or near misses immediately.
- Maintain proper documentation and inspection records of lifting equipment.

**Requirements**:

- **Certification**: Must possess a valid **Lifting Supervisor Certificate**recognized by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Singapore.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in supervising lifting operations.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of lifting equipment, slinging techniques, and workplace safety regulations.
- **Language**: Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- **Physical Fitness**: Must be physically fit and able to work at heights or under challenging conditions.
- **Team Player**: Good leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- **Others**: Familiar with site safety requirements and capable of identifying lifting hazards.
