Roles and Responsibilities

1. Supervision and oversight of the division.

2. Responsible for business development and projects completion of the division.

3. Oversees security of SJD and classified projects.

4. Plans and delivers project related training and maintenance requirements.

5. Responsible for division’s monthly business financial status monitoring and reporting.

6. Responsible for the performance, morale and well being of staff in the division

Requirements

1. Minimum 8 years’ experience in training and operational systems delivery.

2. Diploma in engineering is preferred. Degree in engineering or business is an advantage.

3. Knowledge and experience in the military, homeland and/or civil defence sector is an advantage.

4. Strong leadership traits with good problem-solving skills.

5. Self-motivated and results oriented, with a strong ability to grow and lead the division independently. 6. Dedicated team player with a strong job commitment.
