**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the continued development of the fleet performance systems and internal adoption.
- Responsible for the continued improvement of fleet performance data quality.
- Collecting and analyzing vessel performance data, identifying trends and gaps improvements, and providing advice to Vessel Managers.
- Assist Vessel Managers in understanding performance-related issues by means of Vessel visits in Port.
- Provide feedback, advice, and support to Vessel Managers in Vessel Performance related matters with a high focus on Energy Efficiency Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Collate, analyze, and develop a knowledge database of Vessels showing performance trends and work practices within and outside the organization
- Address areas of improvement and drive initiatives through providing advice to Vessel Managers
- Drive innovations and initiatives within the organization toward improving KPI targets.
- Engage with industry leaders in vessel performance to secure and develop state-of-the-art tools and processes
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to optimize vessel performance dashboards in an efficient and structured format
- Anticipate weak spots and highlight improvement opportunities by monitoring performance dashboards, incidents and maintaining constant dialogues with Vessel Managers.
- Evaluation, monitoring and submission of emission data for IMO DCS and EU MRV requirements.
- Submission of Annual reports of Carbon Emission
- Preparation and Maintenance of SEEMP and EU MRV Plans
- Monitoring the company’s carbon emission data including alignment of Carbon intensity indicator.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree in Engineering (Naval Architecture, Hydrodynamic or a related discipline)
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position with a proven track record of achievements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in IT skills and proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Office
