**What You’ll Do**:

- Engage in **sales** and **consulting** for individuals and businesses.
- Provide **financial advice** and create customised solutions for clients.
- Benefit from **one-on-one mentorship** and **sales supervision** to help grow your career.
- Receive **initial marketing support** to help jump-start your sales journey.

**Remuneration**:

- **Basic allowance** plus **commission** (performance-based earnings).
- **Initial SGD $2000 marketing support** to help kickstart your career.
- **Structured career development** program with minimum **24 months of one-on-one mentorship**.

**Requirements**:

- **Local Diploma** or higher (Degree holders welcome to apply).
- Residing in **Singapore**.
- Strong **communication** and **interpersonal skills**.
- Good **analytical** and **problem-solving skills**.
- Knowledge of **financial regulations** and **industry best practices** is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a **sales-driven environment** and accept a **commission-based role**.
