We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a** Client Integration Manager I - Regional - Global Banking and Markets.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- This is a regional technical project management role. The incumbent will plan, lead and manage the implementation of technical integration in the space of Cash Management for Customers in Singapore and across the Asia Pacific region
- Support Sales and Client Service on pre-sales engagement to understand customer requirements and advise on connectivity, security, AP / AR processes and ERP / TMS optimisation with a view to position Client Integration as a key differentiator
- Provide relevant feedback and support to the product development and deployment cycle
- Enhance the team’s productivity and sustain high quality customer centric culture
- Keep abreast with industry development and the latest technical standards in the relevant domain
- Comply with HSBC project governance and internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurringa

Requirements
- University Degree, proven experience in project management with a focus on the technical integration of Payment and Cash Management solution between Corporate and Bank
- Experience in ERP Treasury Finance modules or Treasury Management System from a Consulting or Corporate environment will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in the following will be beneficial: RESTful API, JSON, Java, C#
- Strong Stakeholder Management experience. Able to interact with and build relationship with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven knowledge of key technical protocols and standards commonly used in the Integration of Cash Management solution with Banks. This includes standards used in payment initiation, statements, reports, connectivity and related security
- Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic and regulatory issues
- Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
