**THE JOB**:
The Outlet Assistant Manager is in charge of running a successful outlet. You will play a vital role in hiring and training employees while managing the day-to-day business activities. We are looking for someone who can communicate with customers and work colleagues excellently, and enjoys talking to people and directs the teams of salon employees to deliver exceptional customer services. For this role, we are looking for someone who can mainly focus in managing a specific outlet under Initia.


**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR**:

- With experience as an assistant store/outlet manager or with beauty-related management.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
- Computer proficient and with working knowledge of service software and systems
- Meticulous, good organizational and operations skills
- Strong business acumen with strategic mindset and finance-related skills
